We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. This page explains what we store, why we store it, and the controls you have.
1. Who we are
Alcom Games operates alcomgames.com and the AlCom games. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@alcomgames.com.
2. What we collect
Account holders: email, display name, password (stored hashed), purchases and entitlements. Guests: a temporary session identifier and in-game activity for the duration of the round. Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) protect the service from abuse.
3. How we use it
To run the games (live sync needs to know who's in the room), process purchases, keep your library in order, and answer your messages. With your explicit opt-in, we send occasional product news — unsubscribe anytime.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use only the cookies the service needs to function (session, language preference). No third-party ad trackers, and currently no analytics scripts on the marketing site.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, encrypted in transit, with access limited to what operating the service requires. Payment card details never touch our servers — they go directly to our payment provider.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion of your data — email us and we'll act within 30 days. Quebec's Law 25 and the GDPR back these rights; we honor them for everyone, everywhere.
7. Children
Accounts require age 13+. We don't knowingly collect personal information from younger children; guest play requires no personal data at all. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us for prompt deletion.
