Terms of Service

Welcome to Alcom Games. These terms govern your use of alcomgames.com and our games. Short version: play nice, respect the rules below, have fun. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or playing any AlCom game, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization — for example with a Host License — you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be 13 or older to create an account. Many games can be played as a guest without an account; an account is required to save progress, make purchases, or hold licenses. Keep your credentials to yourself — activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Free tiers & purchases
Every game offers a free tier. Paid one-time unlocks give you the full version of that game for as long as the service exists — they are personal, non-transferable, and independent of any subscription.
4. All-Access subscription
All-Access unlocks the full version of every game while your subscription is active. It renews monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Canceling never affects games you purchased outright.
5. Host Licenses & events
Hosting AlCom games at your own events under your branding requires a per-game, per-event Host License — it is not included in All-Access. Event participants don't need accounts. Your branding must not be unlawful, misleading, or suggest AlCom endorses your event.
6. Fair play & acceptable use
No cheating, no harassment, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no content in nicknames or drawings that is hateful or unlawful. We may suspend accounts that spoil the game for others.
7. Our content, your content
The games, artwork, names and this site belong to Alcom Games. Anything you create in a game session — sketches, answers, display names — stays yours; you grant us the limited license needed to display it to the other players in your session.
8. Liability, changes & contact
The service is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it up, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months.
